Because of road hazards Sullivan RV
is not responsible for blow outs or tire replacement while in the renter's possession.

A $700.00 security deposit is required at time of rental for motor home against damage & cleaning.
When motorhome is returned, it is required to be clean inside and out as when received.
This is to insure no damage and is cleaned before deposit is returned
Sullivan RV will do a walk around with customer at time of delivery.

All RV's rented empty of personal items.
